Wrong path

This photo is inspired by the movie series entitled "Wrong turn". It was taken in Lingap Kalikasan nature park at Central Luzon State University, one of the leading university in the Philippines, located at Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija.

It was named "Wrong path" because of the local saying that this place is a place to where students do unwind not just by relaxation but with deeper meaning. If you are a student or an alumnus of the school, you might casts a smile. Well, the story would be more meaningful for those who experienced to play and "play" here.

However, a quick trivia, this place, Lingap Kalikasan nature park is the venue of swimming events for the intramural games way back to 1950's wherein the impounded lake or watershed was so clear and able for drink consumption.

Mayon Volcano

Who may say that this creation is just co-incident? Truly, there is a GREAT CREATOR behind this magnificent land form. There is a GREAT CREATOR who designed all things.

This was I said when I saw this very famous volcano in the world - Mt. Mayon, in my own eyes. Yes, I saw this in actual. It was around 8:45 AM of February 10, 2012 about a couple of minutes before the plane land off  when I saw this majestic land form. Amazing. Wonderful. Indeed.

A closeup view of Mt. Mayon from Cagsawa ruins

Mayon Volcano, also known as Mount Mayon, is an active volcano in the province of Albay, on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. Renowned as the "perfect cone" because of its almost symmetric conical shape, Mayon forms the northern boundary of Legazpi City, the most populous city in the Bicol Region. The mountain was declared a national park and a protected landscape on July 20, 1938, the first in the country. It was reclassified a Natural Park and renamed Mayon Volcano Natural Park in the year 2000.  (Source: wikipedia.com.)

Mayon Volcano is the main landmark of Albay Province, Philippines, rising 2,462 metres (8,077 ft) from the shores of the Gulf of Albay about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) away. The volcano is geographically shared by the eight cities and municipalities of Legazpi City, Daraga, Camalig, Guinobatan, Ligao City, Tabaco City, Malilipot, and Santo Domingo (clockwise from Legazpi), which divide the cone like slices of a pie when viewed from above. There is an old saying that when you see this volcano in your own eyes, this will tell whether your still a virgin or not. If you see this land form with clear and bright, and no clouds on top of it, this only means that you are a still a virgin. Otherwise, when you see this on your first time on actual view and found a clouds on top of it, well, sorry, be it. Anyway, that is only a saying of the elderly there. My first sight on Mayon volcano is the main picture above.

Tip of Mt. Mayon

"Perfect cone." This is how Mayon volcano being described by some who know this very known land form. The view here was taken inside the airplane around 2:00 PM in the afternoon. At first, it seems like the volcano tip was not able to see due to massive clouds on its top. However, it seems like my wish has been granted, a wind blew the cloud covering its tip when the plane reached the perfect view for the tip. Fortunately, I had this photo.

I just can't believed that I was able to witness the tip of this volcano. I don't know why, but the feeling really electrified my entire soul. I can't quite believed this! For my entire life, this was my first time not only to see this volcano, but also witnessed its wonderful tip! It was my first time to see a photo like this even before. I don't see anything like this for my lifetime. Its a treasure to me. And I treasured this photograph of mine.

Skyline

It's quite amazing to see this wonderful cloud-formation regardless of its 3,113 ft. high from sea level where huge amount of wind blows. It is only one of God's infinite proof of His existence. I hope to see this again whenever I depart from Tagbilaran Domestic Airport someday in the future.

Blooming Sunset

Photographed by the Author

It was around 5 P.M. in the afternoon when the gloomy sky dramatically turns into blood-like scenery. Wind blew blended with dusky sand . The place was so quite enough to make you feel a cold and seems like an haunted place. Yes, this what I've witnessed with my own eyes the beauty of that sunset.
I quickly picked up my camera and started to set it up so fast. Focus. A minute. Then, shoot. Amazing scenery! For my whole life, it was my first time to see such kind of scene that I've never seen before true to life on my own. It was really unforgettable day to me. It was July 15, 2012 when this scenery appeared and completed my day. One word that I had said that time - wonderful!
From now, I do not have yet witnessed another scene like this again. I am fortunate that once in my life, I had saw this wonder that, I guess, will showcased again the some peoples several years again.

Greener Path

Photographed by the Author

This photo was taken inside the university wherein I am studying. It was beside the College of Business Administration and Accountancy and the College of Veterinary Science and Medicines. I shoot this photo around 2:00 P.M. wherein abundant light source are presence.
When you walk backward considering your fronting it as you can see, there is a place where lovers do their romantic dates. Also, the place is much greener than this. On this place, you may really interpret this as the lost paradise on earth.

Fading vigor

Silent killer

On first sight, it is like a tree that is smoking, but when you look at it very closely, that smoke-like is a cloud formation. This photo was taken on the side road of  the College of Education, Central Luzon State University, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, Philippines near bay watch. Can you imagine if trees too can smoke cigarettes? Perhaps no, it's kinda weird. This scene only shows that smoking is dangerous whether for environment and people. So quit smoking and burning garbage. Let us help this world clean and green for the next generation and beyond.

Look Up!

Honestly, this photo was accidentally taken. My camera whom I named baby Clio was set to macro. I was about to shoot photos differently from what I am doing before. So, I've decided to shoot up the sky. Fortunately, I got beautiful outputs but I decided not to post here since they are all very common and typical today. But this photo catches my attention.
As you can you, the photo is too dark, maybe because this was taken on afternoon where source of natural lights are limited. But what really this photo wants to tell us? What this photo really conveys? What this photo really means?
Well, as we can see today, many people on top of social status has the tendency to forget who created them. Some are forgetting the One above them all. They always treating the grassroots from top downward. But they do not know how beautiful when you are looking from bottom upward. Yes, there is always the presence of the Creator of all things that is always there to help us on our needs. He is always there to guide us. He is always there to bless us.

Stranger

Maybe you may ask me, why should I included this photo on this hub. Maybe some of you will laugh upon seeing. Maybe some of you may say that I am a weird photographer. Well, of all of your expectations and soon comments, I too, had did it all. I laughed. I acted so weird. Anyway, my friends too said this.
I named this photo as "the stranger". As you can see, there are only three most distinct colors. The black, brown, and red colors. Black and brown colors when blended to each other can figure out a sad, lonely, tragic, and dramatic moments and impressions. How about red color? Red color symbolizes of bravery. That's it!
In some instances in life, we have experiencing sadness, loneliness, tragic times, and painful moments. But, while we are facing it, only bravery can defeat of all these feelings and emotions.

For Her

I took this photo when I am at ULHS Palusapis which is my Alma Mater in high school years. What really amazed me to shoot this photos was it's historical background.
Five years ago, perhaps, it was the rose that I've watering every morning before class and every afternoon after class. Indeed, I remember that this rose was one of the plants on our group area that I used to care of. Fortunately, the years that I've spend on caring for this rose had burst a beautiful outcome. Although, I am pretty sure that this is not the original flower before, but still, it gives a lot of meanings to my life especially my high school days.
This rose reminds me of my puppy love before. Ah! It was the rose that I cared for to grow it very well. Pinch it and give to her! But, unfortunately, it was all before and very different today. I realized that every moments have to be treasured. Every things and happenings must be well handled. So meaningful. So faithful. Be careful.
Now, this rose is dedicated to her - my new fiance. I hope that the happenings on my past will never be happened again. This photo really made me smile. Think. And to love again.
